This new 22 story 124 room hotel building was conceived to provide the luxury and comfort that young upscale and business travelers are seeking. The clean and simple lines of the design provide an alternative these travelers prefer to typical midtown hotels. Guest rooms feature light colors, custom furnishings, and broad expanses of glass to provide a spacious feeling within an efficient layout. Stonehill & Taylor was both the core and shell architect and interior designer.
