Stonehill & Taylor provided design services to reposition this 234 unit rental property. The lobby was redesigned to form a grand space, with a new grand staircase and fireplace, new entrance, new storefront, and reworked façade. The project also included new corridor designs, apartment combinations, a new sales office, and a new fitness facility.
